BOOTCAMP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION

1.1. Registration for F.E.V.E.R. Bootcamp is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of $97, or discount as agreed by Oparos LLC.

1.2. Confirmation of registration, along with event details, will be sent to the provided email address upon successful payment.

 

  1. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

2.1 Participation in the bootcamp shall be reserved to fully registered participants or participant substitutions officially confirmed via [email protected]

Registrations are transferable to another individual within the same organization. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Changes to other Oparos LLC events shall not be allowed.

 

2.2 The tickets shall be refundable as follows:

up to 4 weeks before the 1st day of the bootcamp: 100% of ticket price

up to 2 weeks before the 1st day of the bootcamp: 50% of ticket price

less than 2 weeks before the 1st day of the bootcamp: no refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

2.3 MODIFICATIONS AND EVENT CANCELLATIONS

All best efforts will be made to ensure that the bootcamp takes place on the advertised date and time and in the advertised venue. In the event that this is not possible, an alternative date/time/venue will be scheduled/announced. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, content, or speakers without prior notice.

In the case of event cancellation by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund.

In the event that one or more of the advertised presenters are unable to facilitate the master workshop for reasons beyond the presenter’s or Oparos LLC control, such presenter shall be replaced by the presenter chosen by Oparos LLC.

Content and features may be added to or withdrawn from the master workshop at Oparo’s LLC discretion.

  1. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

3.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respect fellow participants, speakers, and organizers.

3.2. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of the event’s code of conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

3.3 It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she does not include confidential, personal or other proprietary information in their submissions during the virtual bootcamp workshop.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

4.1. All event materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and workbooks, are the intellectual property of Oparos LLC. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit permission.

Unless otherwise indicated, the presenters and Oparo’s LLC  own copyright in the content, materials and tools presented, referenced and shared during the bootcamp and in preparation for it. The bootcamp is to be attended or viewed by the authorized participant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded, reproduced or distributed.

  1. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1. Participant information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

  1. MEDIA RELEASE

6.1. By attending F.E.V.E.R. Bootcamp, participants grant permission to the organizers to use their likeness, image, and audio or video recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.

The bootcamp, including its participants, may be recorded and photographed. The virtual training facility includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the virtual bootcamp session to be recorded. By joining a virtual session/attending an in-person training, each participant consents to being recorded and photographed, and confirms his/her understanding and consent that Oparos LLC owns copyright in such recordings and photographs, and is free to use it or any part of it at its discretion. The participant may at any time revoke his/her consent for using his/her image in Oparos LLC marketing materials by sending an email to the following address: [email protected].

  1. TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY

7.1 It is each participant’s of the virtual bootcamp’s responsibility to ensure that they have the facilities which comply with the technical requirements specified by the training software / training facility.

7.2 Oparos LLC shall not be held liable or have any obligation towards the participants to refund the ticket or otherwise, should the bootcamps delivery be disrupted due to issues with the functionality of the training software / training facility or internet service provider experienced by the participants or the presenters.

Oparos LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind in any way resulting from or arising in connection with the virtual bootcamp or the failure to provide the virtual bootcamp.

  1. GOVERNING LAWS

8.1 Delivery of the virtual bootcamp and relationship between Oparos LLC and the participants shall be governed by NY State law without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any and all claims, causes of action or disputes arising out of or relating to the virtual bootcamp or the relationship between Oparos LLC and the participants, shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of NY.
